I bought tickets to see a band 6 months ago. Today, my account has vanished and the tickets were never sent to my email. Support hasn't responded and now I will miss the show and be out $250 and I'm sure I'll never get a refund too. DISGRACE of a company and genuinely a scam.

Do not buy tickets from this website, if festival is cancelled they will not give you a refund even if they say so they delay the refund process so you eventually give up on asking. They did not reply on customer support at all and this is pretty much a scam if the festival is cancelled you’re not get your money back.

Horrible service, payed for a refundable ticket, simply just wanted to get my money back so i can buy another ticket which is basically the same price and they do not want to give me my money back. Apparently once a transaction is done i cant refund, i guess im supposed to refund it before i pay for it. Will use them in the future but just a genuinely horrible experience for the tyler icu ticket. Genuinely lost motivation to go see one of my favorite artists

Avoid this company at all costs. This has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. After rolling loud was cancelled, I was advised that my refund would take approximately 30–45 days. That timeframe has long since passed, yet months later I am still chasing money that should have been returned to me long ago. Every enquiry is met with the same generic template response claiming they are “coordinating with relevant parties” or that the refund is “being processed.” Despite repeatedly requesting proof that my refund has actually been processed, they have failed to provide a transaction reference, processing date, or any evidence whatsoever that my money has even been released. What is most concerning is their complete disregard for customers. They have now begun ignoring my emails altogether. Instead of communicating honestly or taking responsibility, they have chosen silence while continuing to retain my money. I have now lodged complaints with NSW Fair Trading and my bank and am pursuing every available avenue to recover the funds owed to me. A reputable business does not keep a customer’s money for months after cancelling a service, repeatedly miss its own promised deadlines, ignore reasonable requests for evidence, and then stop responding entirely. I cannot stress enough to AVOID. I will NEVER purchase event tickets if it’s through them AGAIN.

Scam horror, a total disaster. In February of 2025, I bought an early bird ticket for Rolling Loud Thailand through Ticketmelon. The show was supposed to be in November, which was officially announced as cancelled on October 1, and refunds were promised. As per Ticketmelon's policies, it was stated that a refund can take a maximum of 30–45 days. However, 2 months passed, 3 months passed, 5 months passed, and now 8 months have passed, and I still did not get my money back. The unbelievable part is that they have no real customer support. They spam you with the same 2–3 copy-paste messages no matter how many times you contact them. This entire company is a fraud. After researching, I found out that they did the same thing to thousands of people. The same thing happened with people who bought tickets for the Australia show, which was also cancelled. Rolling Loud is also involved in this. They know full well what is happening, as they have been deleting comments whenever you ask them for an update. SCAM WARNING! Over 7 months without a refund for cancelled Rolling Loud! Absolute fraud! I bought 2 tickets for Rolling Loud Thailand over a year ago. The festival was cancelled, and Ticketmelon promised a refund. At first, their support kept telling me that my refund was "in the queue," but now they have completely stopped responding and are ghosting my emails. They have been illegally holding my money for more than 12 months. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid using Ticketmelon at all costs if you don't want your money stolen!
