Surely on of the best ticketing system on Discord. Aside from that, you'll be assisted for every questions/help you need.

Thank you for your review Ivan.
I’ve tried countless of discord bots and this one just strikes every checkbox on my list, including the AI features, if you need to cut down time spent answering repetitive questions then THIS is it, you won’t regret it and if you have any issues staff is prompt to fixing it same day 😍

Hi Zohan, thank you for your kind words. We try our best to provide quality service, and that is our priority.
I've been using TicketCord for my server and its been a good experience so far. I had a few issues with dropdowns and closing tickets with a long reason attached, and the support team checked them quickly and fixed them. The main thing i like is that they actually listen to feedback. I suggested some changes around feedback collection and they ended up adding and improving the feature within few days. The dashboard is also pretty easy to understand compared to other ticket bots. Overall its a solid ticket bot and the team seems active with updates and support.

Thank you, we try our best with automation.
Implemented features I inquired about. Developer was very easy to talk to and receptive to feedback. I wish the free version did a little bit more initially but I ended up on their Enterprise plan and it has been the best experience so far.
