Excellent customer service, very professional with quick response time! The quality of my first order was good (I just placed a second order). When an order qualifies for free USPS shipping, it would be nice if that amount was deducted from the other shipping methods, too, though, so I wouldn't have to choose between free, slow shipping or faster, full-price options.

We actually charge only a very small fee for "handling"-- that is to package, ship, deal with carriers, get refunds, resend packages lost, and everything else that comes along with making sure the package gets from us to you (you might be surprised how much actually goes on), but we are looking at a way to potentially take a small loss on this in the name of fairness and transparency.
Great customer service, fast and attentive. Never had an issue. Great company!
