Always ahead or on time. Great quality. Unlike some other companies selling similar products, if they messed something up (we’re all human!) they will go out of their way to make it right for you!

As always, trying a new company can be unnerving. The way I came to have enough confidence to put in my first order was sending an email. All the other places I've shopped for similar products have non existent customer service. You could send a thousand emails to those places and they will not respond. I sent an email in the morning to the depot and received a response rather quickly. That's how I knew I was gonna be ordering from them from now on. Albeit was just a singular email regarding tracking for ground advantage shipping. But still, the point still stands that they actually act like humans and treat their customers as such as well. I love signing up for the newsletter and actually receiving news and deals. As a college student with a tight budget, this place is the most affordable place I've found. Shipping was quick with my first order and thought I should write a review as I just put in my second one. I suspect it will be the same as the last. This is more than just a review, this is a show of appreciation for going above and being better than the competition in every aspect. Thank you guys.

We just try to do our best to treat customers as family or friends, and provide a quality standard in everything we do. We appreciate the feedback, and I can tell you, having customers that like us makes "work" a whole lot easier. Very rarely have we had a negative conversation, typically people call in or email in with their problems expecting them to be resolved in a timely and fair manner, as is the treatment they have come to rightfully expect. Just makes it easier to be nice and execute with competence.
Definitely can't complain clean pure product what I like with depot is the multiple payment options. It's so easy to make an order would recommend

I have been using this vendor over the the past month.I have been extremely satisfied with the consistent clear communication regarding any questions or concerns, good pricing with daily discounts and shipping A++ Over the past 5 or so orders the process has been streamlined with next day air shipping arriving on time. Quality has also been overall consistent👌 I will continue using the Depot moving forward!!! 😎

These guys don't mess around. A lot of vendors offer overnight shipping but drag their feet getting it to the shipper. These guys are on it, making things happen!
