Julie is awesome! Our entire team is committed to providing only great customer service. Thank you for your review!
As a long time customer I have never once had an issue with these guys, they truly value loyal customers. The only small hiccup I’ve ever had is one time only, they accidentally forgot a small part of my order. I called them about it expecting a run around but they immediately, no questions asked shipped the rest of my order WITH over night shipping. I could not be more happier with these guys. Every single order has always shipped same day, above and beyond customer service, and excellent quality. Could not ask for more.

We are happy your review is positive and hits all the points that we aim to excel at. Providing the highest quality product, by your preferred shipping method, while receiving the best customer service possible. Thank you for your review!
I ordered the sodium and paid $50 for overnight shipping. It came in like 4 days. It was hard getting a hold of someone. When I finally did they had no idea about anything. They said they'd talk to their supervisor and get back to me. Well, that never happened. I had to harass them to finally get someone to respond just to say"we can give you credit on your next order". Finally tried to make another order and see about this "credit" and no reply! Only thing I can say is good about this company is the product seems legit. Whenever you may happen to receive it. One time it took almost a week to ship. Beware!!!

Hi Justin, We apologize for your less than stellar experience with us. There has been some administrative changes made and we are committed to ensuring that you are receiving the best service possible. If you are open to it, please send us a message to our customer service email ([email protected]) noting the order number and a brief summary of your issue with your order. We can look into what was documented and ensure that we offer what we can as retribution to any issues as a result of our operations. We hope to hear from you, resolve what we can, and earn your future business. Thank you for your review.
Fantastic experience

High alert for contamination. I ordered 50 grams and had it analyzed. The lab found Cadmium, Mercury, and Arcenic in small amounts, but that’s not it. They also found plastic shredded in it at 250 mesh. They contaminated my blood plasma then I had it tested.

This is an outrageous lie posted to several retailers without actual experience-- this is defamation and our attorney will be taking action
Excellent products and just as good customer service. Highly recommend!

I have generally had good experiences with the Depot, but this past week I placed an order with a 2-day with Saturday Delivery. The package was sent on regular 2 day, delaying delivery until Monday. Despite sending the email showing I selected and paid for 2 day with Saturday Delivery, customer service just said I must have selected it wrong because they show regular 2-day. I then made another order, for overnight delivery with Saturday Delivery. I sent the confirmation email which showed overnight with Saturday Delivery to customer service to ensure it'd be sent correctly as I thought perhaps their system wasn't operating correctly. Despite this, it was sent regular overnight(weekday delivery) and was 2 days late. In both instances, I paid extra for Saturday delivery. I have written emails to customer service and they have not responded. As such, I am realizing I can no longer trust this company with my research chemical needs as they have effectively pocketed the extra delivery fee I paid.
