Absolute top notch product, and somehow better customer service. Spent hours emailing back and forth to solve an issue (my fault). Excited to shop again.

Had an issue with a product of theirs. Contacted Thyrm customer service on Friday evening. By Monday morning they already had a replacement in my mailbox! Great customer service and I’m well enthusiastic about their products too! Quality all around.

Thyrm is legit! Their customer service and support team (Liza) took my question about a legacy product and got the information I was looking for. She also send me repair parts which I probably couldn’t have found anywhere else. Thank you Thyrm.

They make excellent products. I enjoy their flashlight handles (Switchback 2.0 in particular). But even better is their fast, easy customer support. Can't wait to buy more of their stuff!
