Needed 5 trees cut down
Needed 5 trees cut down, including one leaning on my house. The owner came out, and I told him I wanted all 5 cut down, and placed in one pile - No removal. The crew came the following week, and did cut down the trees. They were left where they fell, and not stacked in one pile. Several piles of branches left in the driveway. The crew also knocked my cable TV line off the support hook on the side of the house, leaving the cable laying in my driveway. Contacted the owner twice, on the phone, and in person. Both times he promised he would send a crew out to clean up and re-hang the cable on it's hook. No one ever came. Two stars because they did cut down the trees, but not 5 as they rushed the job, and did not follow thru with their promised corrective action. The company simply is not trustworthy. Larry
