Hi Gary, it appears you have left a review for the wrong company. We researched our client database and we’ve never worked with anyone by your name. We can’t find you as a current or former client. Could you please remove this online review and leave it for the appropriate company? Thanks for your attention in this matter. We really appreciate it. Hi, Lesa, we apologize that you weren’t initially completely satisfied with our services and we really appreciate your feedback. We did shuffle some account managers’ responsibilities and clients about the time you started with Thrive, and we’re sorry this caused some concerns for you. However, we are happy to hear your recent feedback to us that your meetings are going great and you’re happy with Thrive’s strategists, communication and services. If you have any more questions or concerns, we would be more than happy to discuss your situation further. Hi, Matt Nuesse, thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear the results did not meet your expectations, and we truly appreciate you recognizing the effort that several members of our team put into your campaign. From the start, we understood this would be a challenging project. Meta’s strict policies around weight loss, medical language and GLP-1 references created real limitations that affected optimization. Despite those constraints, our team remained committed to adapting creative and messaging while staying compliant with Meta’s evolving guidelines. Midway through the engagement, at your request, we shifted focus from a brand awareness strategy intended to build credibility and visibility for a highly regulated service to direct ecommerce sales. While we expressed our concerns about making this change before the campaign had matured, we worked to implement your direction. That kind of pivot, especially within a short 90-day window, requires time to test, stabilize and gather meaningful insights. Campaigns like this often need several months to fully optimize and produce consistent results. Throughout the engagement, we maintained regular communication, met deadlines and collaborated closely with your team.If you have any more questions or concerns, we would be more than happy to discuss your situation further.
