They sent the wrong motorcycle (street vs. off road) and it was damaged in transit. After 3 weeks of trying to work with their customer service I gave up. The price was great, but they sent a motorcycle config that's not even on their website! The price was great, the motorcycle they sent works great, but their customer support is hoax. Don't expect any help from them.

Was concerned by lack of reviews but purchased Surron lbx for my son. Shipped from California to New york in 8 days. Can't say about customer service because I had zero problems. Will probably get an ultra bee next. Website is legitimate. bike is great

ordered a surron light bee x for about the same price as alibaba but got it 4 days later straight to my door.
