I never received my order and anytime I tried to chat, email or call no response.

I had placed an order, it never came, and then when I tried to communicate with the team, they repeatedly ignored my messages

The CEO obviously left. You don’t even bother sending products anymore. I had to make a claim on my credit card to get my money back. Reported you to the BBB.

I never got a tracking number. Never received product. Left emails and received no responses.

NEVER GOT MY ORDER! NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS! BUSINESS PHONE DISCONNECTED! ABSOLUTE BULLCRAP!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I've been ordering CBD for myself and my dogs for a few years now. I've also received my orders quickly. That is until this last time when I ordered end of May and never received my order. I called and emailed several times with no response. They had charged my card already, so I worked with my financial institution for a refund.

Made an order in May. They took the payment out of my account and I still haven’t received my order. It’s now June 27. Thought Cloud has been my go to for the last two years, with excellent service. Hate to see an excellent product and company go down the tubes like this.
