Do not buy from this company. Our circuit board stopped working within a month. I contacted their company and was promised a new board immediately. It is now 6 weeks later and still no new board. Do not waste your money.

It took five weeks for my magnetic train set to arrive, and the box was a bit crushed, so I initially left a frustrated review. However, I want to update my rating because my experience since then has completely changed my mind. I ended up speaking directly with the company president, who was refreshingly honest, took accountability without making excuses, and truly listened to my feedback. More importantly, the Thoson Kids magnetic train set itself is genuinely amazing. It’s highly configurable, limited only by your imagination, and easily one of the coolest toys I’ve ever seen. My grandson and I both love it. In a world of instant gratification and overnight shipping, ordering from a small business requires a bit of patience, but the product quality, innovative fun for all ages, and wonderful customer care make it worth the wait. I’ve already placed a second order!

This company makes you feel that they are a USA company which is not true. My shipment is coming from China…. Now to wait 3 weeks for delivery.

We had a fault with our train, within hour or reporting it and showing the issue we had a new train dispatched and on the way, very very professionally handle

Do not buy from this company. I ordered my product in April. It is the middle of June and it still hasn’t showed up. I have at least 10 emails to them and they are all answered by a bot. All I want is my money back. It’s just radio silence from them.

One of the worst companies I have encountered. I wish I had read the reviews before I put my order. I am extremely disappointed with their handling of my case. I ordered 2 items, but I never received the expensive one; instead, they sent me a cheap junk item I never ordered. Let alone, the purchase from Australia didn't indicate it was in U.S. currency. I had to pay in USA currency and a transaction fee on top. The reason for my order was so I could spend time with my granddaughter, who is visiting from India. I only have a few days left, and I still haven't received my purchase. When I emailed the company, all I got was apologies but no action. The first time I write a negative review, this is a warning; please be careful. I will never purchase anything through FB META, always use Amazon.com for your safety and fraud

I rarely leave reviews but this Skypop by Thoson was so exciting I have to leave review. First I love the rechargeable battery and charge wire that comes with it, also the battery is fully charged for instant fun. Comes with full bubble bottle, easy to assemble, can be a tad wobbly but add more water to bottom. My 3yo grandson turned them on, I did purchase two, we were in bubble heaven. The music playing fit the theme of giggles and screams. He lives for bubbles. The flow is massive, my yard, the neighbors to all sides, other kids outside on next street over laughing about the bubbles from the sky. The school next street over was having spirit day that was covered in bubbles. To say we were happy is a understatement, to see this innocent Skypop put smiles on multiple children's faces was Amazing and made this grandmom extremely happy. I can not wait to try more of their products. If you want some bubble invasion this is what you want!! Also, pops apart for easy storage. One note, do not throw out the top of bubble container so you have for storage of bubble liquid.

Very impressed with the quick response to my query. Excellent gift for my grandson. He is enthralled and has spent many enjoyable hours with this creative device. Quite the budding artist!
