No complaints about the product I purchased, but the online account management could use some work. I initially tried to purchase with a credit card I forgot was cancelled, and then used another card. It said it was accepted, but never received an email confirmation. Logging into my account said nothing either. I sent an email and received a fast and courteous reply that my order had gone through and eventually received an automated shipment email. Still, I didn't like wondering if my order had went through.
