Horrible service. Refused to honor listed price on first order, took a week, a phone call, and multiple emails for them to even acknowledge the second order and admit that the part was out of stock, but somehow magically became available the next day.

Super friendly guy on the phone, was great at accommodating my request for a quick shipment and even discounted the parts price a bit to make up for the shipping cost.

The representative was very helpful over the phone in giving me a very accurate estimate of when my seat would arrive and helping to expedite the process by taking the order right over the phone while I was talking with him.

The online experience was adequate but I had and am currently still having a bad experience with getting updates on the status of my order. I was given shipping information on an unrelated order from a different website. I still haven’t received an update on the part that I ordered.

Thmotorsports will do whatever it takes to make you happy. I ordered a suspension kit for my bmw e46 and the waiting time was alot longer than they expected so they emailed me telling me this with more options to choose from if i wanted to, or i could wait. I talked to a guy named Justyn. This dude knows his stuff and helped me pick out another kit that had all the same stuff and was cheaper!! Even shipped the same day. Very impressed with thmotorsports. Will definitely be back!!

I had ordered a set of Bilstein shocks for my 4Runner. After finding that these were out of stock nationally, THM gave me a call and provided me with a few options so i could have my shocks in the expected time frame. They took the time to understand my needs and provided a great price for some Fox shocks that were slightly more expensive, but very tailored to my build requirements and expected performance. I would not hesitate to give them a call next time and leverage their product knowledge in the future!
