I have been using this product for a couple of years. It has greatly reduced shedding and slowed hair loss. I would continue to use it but I last ordered the product on June 8th, one day shy of a month ago. I still have not received the product. I've sent several emails, no answer. The phone number says calling restrictions when you try to call. Disputing charge on Credit card tomorrow!

I ordered thicair hair serum. When I started the serum do not dispense as they advertised on their web page. The serum does not come out as illustrated. I maybe got a dot of serum that came out. I had several customer service but this issue was never resolved. Do not buy this it is a waste of your money, time and effort. The influencers do a great job advertising but not a good product. You scammed me out of $147. I ordered a product costing $64. At the end of my transaction after you had my credit card information, you offered me additional merchandise. I declined the offer but you added it anyway. This second charge was for $147. I tried to cancel the order but it was sent anyway.

Serum is quite thick and you must shake the bottle each time you "punch" your scalp. Does absolutely NOTHING! Save your money and run to your nearest vitamin shop for oral supplements!
