Hello Gavin, We're sincerely sorry to hear about your disappointment with your recent purchase and for the negative experience you had. We take all feedback seriously, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with us. Addressing the specific issues you raised: - Pen: We acknowledge that the pen may not have met your expectations. We offer different stylus options, and while this particular one has a plastic body with a rubber nib, many users find it suitable for basic touch screen navigation. However, we understand it may not be ideal for everyone, and we're currently exploring alternative pen options for future iterations of the product. - Case: Please give us more details about which case did you buy from us exactly because we never received any claim about our quality case and all video ads we make shows real case and how strong they are. However, we understand that durability is important, and we're always looking for ways to improve the robustness of our cases without compromising weight or design. We want to assure you that we take your feedback seriously and are committed to making improvements. We're actively working on addressing the issues you raised and will incorporate your feedback into future product development. We'd also like to offer you a personalized solution.
