Too expensive for Z fold 7 case and cheap quality. Horrible customer service. Please be careful this business is located in China. Only 7 days return policy and shouldn't be used. Otherwise you won't get refund. I reached out to my bank for refund since I have to ship back this phone case out of my pocket to China. Be careful

I have ordered a case which took extremely long to arrive and it broke 2 days later. Emailed the team twice with pictures and explanation however no one ever replied. Phone number not working they never replyto emails. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR DETAILS

I've emailed them twice now since receiving my crappy overpriced phone case. It's a piece of cheap crap I could have bought cheaper on Temu. Both plates are different sizes and the back one is loose. I can't even unlock the phone with the button and fingerprint scanner due to front plate being fatter. I have been ignored twice by them now regarding a refund so I'll be taking it up with PayPal

I wish I would have known that the products come from China, so it took close to a month to arrive, had I known that from the start I would not have ordered my case (z fold 7). Once the case arrived I was excited to put it on, the back fit good, but the front did not fit snug and kept trying to fall off, so I had to sit something heavy on it for a little bit and then tried it again, it fit better, but still not 100%. I'm pretty bummed out that after waiting this long to receive the case it doesn't work as expected, and now I'm debating if I should even bother returning it given the length of the process. Just thought someone else should know before purchasing.

This company is so shady. I am kicking myself for not coming to Trust Pilot first to check this place out. 😤 I should have done my research better. The site looks so legit. I emailed them after I came to Trust Pilot and asked if I could cancel my order. Of course, they said it already shipped. It actually shipped out of CHINA days later. Here they are hiding behind an LLC named WITH REACH USA. To be eligible for a return you have to return the items completely untouched in the original packaging. You can't even try the case on your phone to see if it works or not.😡 That makes NO sense. Then, YOU have to pay to ship it to.....wait for it...Longhuaxinqu Longhuajiedao waiyaopaicun longandasha,Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. 😂 If you google the address of the "shop" for the business,1014 W 36th St, Baltimore, MD 21211, it looks like some apartment or something where I'm sure there's 10 of these scammers living up in there maintaining this BS site. SHAME on them. Obviously, I'm stuck with these thin, cheap cases because I'm not paying to ship anything to CHINA. I wish I knew some Chinese curse. I swear I'd curse them, their kids, their grandkids and their entire lineage. Money wasted. Save yours. Rant over. 😁

never received my cases or charger

It can deliver what I ordered. Placed order for phone case and docking station on 8/3. Today is 8/17 and I have yet to receive my order!!!

Very, very disappointed. I wrote "very" twice because I have purchased two items from this company and both were not up to the task they were advertised to perform. I reached out to The Z Fold Case on two separate occasions and didn't even get a reply. Be kind to yourself and your wallet and stay right away from this obviously untrustworthy and uncaring company.
