My experience with the samarpan course has been truly beautiful and transformative. It has helped me become more aware of my emotions, thoughts, and inner energy. Through this journey, I have started understanding the importance of inner balance, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. I have noticed that when I feel calm and balanced, my surroundings, especially my connection with my child, also feel more peaceful and positive. This experience has encouraged me to become more mindful of my emotions and focus on healing from within. I am grateful for this journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. It has helped me connect with myself on a deeper level and inspired me to continue working towards a more peaceful, balanced, and positive life.

I am really excited to start this journey. can resonate to whatever she says. Easy to implement. Small wins are also important. Daily changes and rituals are important. Big differences can be seen.

If you are lost after becoming parent n don't know how to manage your life with kids this is the best community you can have. Get to know ow many people with similar journey. You get to know the how people with difficult situations in life are able to manage n thriving. That gives the assurance you can do it too. N Thank you Ishu ma'am for creating such a space n guiding us. I'm not yet perfect n still learning to be consistent. But I know I have a place to comeback each time. The only think I feel is if you are not taking initiative to reach out to people or not able open up you may take more time like me.

Yogic Parenting is not just a program; it is a way of life that helps us know and transform ourselves before attempting to guide others. It is a gift for both the present and future generations. Every parent wishes to prevent their children from repeating the limitations and mistakes they see in themselves. I found this platform invaluable, as it provides an opportunity to work on my own shortcomings and create a better legacy for the generations to come. Thank you, Ishu, and everyone who has been part of this beautiful journey. Last but not least, this could be the world's greatest gift not only for your children, but also for your partner, parents, siblings, and most importantly, yourself.

I am a new member of this community of Yogic parents and the support that I am getting is splendid. I am loving the concept of Yogic parenting and will love to see the positive changes it brings in my life!
