We’re sorry for the confusion. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $49.99; however, it is **not automatically applied**. The free shipping option must be selected during checkout. If a paid shipping method is selected instead, the applicable shipping charge will be added to the order.
They were very helpful finding a color that I need. They were very nice and friendy.

I got the Sydney wig which looks great in the picture. But unfortunately it looked terrible on me and I was not able to return it because it was a final sale.

Aflee, We’re sorry to hear the Sydney didn’t work out for you. We understand that a style can look and fit differently once tried on. Unfortunately, items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund, as noted on the product page prior to purchase. We appreciate your feedback and hope you’re able to find a style that is a better fit for you.

Mary, Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when the colors and sizes you’re looking for are unavailable. Availability can vary by style, color, and size, and we’re sorry we didn’t have the options you wanted. We appreciate you shopping with us and hope to have more choices available for you in the future.

You sent me what I ordered. I love the synthetic hair, Sensation Wig #12 color, medium head size. I ordered 2 this time and they’re exactly what I ordered in every way, I really appreciate that. You keep sending people what they ordered and you should have great success with your company. I bought these for my wife and I really like the way they fit her and look on her. Thank you 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Sincerely,
