I agree with all of these negative reviews. They ABSOLUTELY BAIT & SWITCH YOU!!!! Please, please, please do not use this company! I kept getting pressured and stalked for me more fees or just like the others said, they would threaten that my site would not work or "malfunction," if I didn't pay for all of the separate fees. I am a single mother and just trying to start my own business. The finished website was BEAUTIFUL! LOVED IT! AND THEN...The last tactic they used was to try to get me to pay for a maintenance plan, JASON was relentless, and aggressive to the point that I had to block him as he was texting me non-stop, then the emails and phone calls???? LIKE WHAT??? Of course when they could not scam me for another $500-700.00, my website was shut down!!!! How dare they do this to people just starting a business. But Karma is sweet, I hope they get shut down by the IRS or and the Better Business Bureau! Which is my next review and then Google and then any and all other sites where I can hopefully help save someone for going through this same expensive and terrifying experience.

My experience with this company was easily about as worst as you could think it. Their looking to rip their customers off at every moment. Please be advise and aware. They rip you off. To the extent that my website disappeared and they said oh well we can build you a new one. Complete rip off.

It wouldn't let me give ("0") stars, this company is a scam! Buyer beware, they get you to pay for the site and hold your site hostage, hit you with BS fees every month saying your site will shut down if you don't pay. Complete scam!

This company is a bait and switch SCAM organization. I worked 3 different guys that kept asking for more and more money. "My site is complicated, and would need various additions to the production to make my vision happen. I was FINE WITH THAT AND PAID! My conditions were the following: I paid for hosting, word press pro and elementor FOR 5 YEARS and was creating the site MYSELF. I was growing impatient and wanted The Webdesignllc.com team to: LOG INTO MY account and finish the project, WHICH I GRANTED FULL ACCESS. They completed the job...which was NICE and they were to HANDOFF everything to me, transaction complete. Well now came the HARD SELL, to buy HOSTING from them. I said I already have this in place and DON'T need hosting! This guy was relentless like his life depended on it that I buy this service. I refused. A month later, POOF the whole site disappeared, called GoDaddy, they tried to assist and could not. I'm very frustrated at this point that I have been retaliated against for NOT Buying the hosting and Webdesignllc.com would deny any such wrong doing and send me on my way...SO I DIDN'T bother...Sh?t otta luck! When I said I was not interested in further services I already purchased through godaddy, High pressure was applied. My site was working fine. This guy's are not serious at all and be very careful with them. They are real scammers. I have no idea about how to make website, but i have ideas how i want my website to look alike or futures. I met a guy who goes by the name Scot, we communicated on Facebook for some time and later exchange number. I told him I sell used car and I am new in this business and I would like to have a website that I can post maximum ten cars. And be able to do edit my listings and pricing ect. He charged me $350 and I made the payment. After making the payment, i was called by one guy who has an Indian accent, he told me he's going to develop my website. He didn't do a good job. Later a lady called me and told me that guy is no more working with that company and she's taking over my job. I work with her nothing works well. The third guy also came and told me that the lady was no longer with them. Non of these three people's make my website the way I asked them to do it. So I decided to go with the third guy's design. So I asked him how am I going to download my pictures and vehicle informations, he told me this is just a design, if I want that futures I have to pay $1000 and other fees that I can't recall. I told him I spoke with Scot and I explained everything to him and he told me $350 and now you are here telling me different stories. I called Scott and explained everything to him and he went on tell me stories that I have no idea. Later I realized that this Scott don't want to missed my first payment of $350. He thought that if I make that payment i will be in their traps and they can keep adding from step to step till they drained me. This is how the scammers operates, they will introduce you to something and asked for small money, if you pay that they will just do little move and stop and request another money. These Guys are scammers and I advice people's to stay away from them.

This company is a total scam. They offer you a 100% money back guarantee and they don't honor it. Everyone uses fake names and their product is trash. I had multiple people working on my project. Their social media marketing is a joke, it was all their employees liking posts. Their content sucks and their communication is even worse. You cannot get anyone on the phone and they will STEAL YOUR MONEY. Stay away. I have multiple documents to prove everything I am saying. I am sure they will comment on here with some sort of crafted response but I can assure you I am a real customer who lost real money. They hide who owns their website and their claimed address in California is fake as well. I would like to add that a person claiming to be the owner called me and claimed there was another company out there using their information and to please delete my review, etc. Then I received another call a few days later and when I called them out on it he admitted that this person who called me was instructed not to call me back. Yet another scam on their end to try to deceive me. They still owe me the money I paid for the website as well as $200 in unspent social media marketing money.

What’s worse, they delivered a website riddled with grammatical errors and improper English, forcing her to spend hours fixing their mistakes. Even basic features, like backend access and website ownership—things that should be standard—were treated as “extras” and came with surprise fees. Over a year later, the website still isn’t live, and they’ve refused to grant her backend access, despite the fact that she paid for it in full.
