It works but is too expensive
It has been a year since I stopped the workouts. The coaching was too expensive to continue. I was also hindered by bad IBS symptoms which gave me the decision to stop the workouts. They are all good coaches but it hurt my wallet a lot to continue also. You need to have lots of money to join and continue the coaching workouts. I'm still trying to pay my CC off still.

Hi Michael, I’m glad to hear that you found the coaching effective and had a positive experience with our coaches. I’m sorry that your IBS symptoms made it difficult to continue. When you let us know what was going on, our coaching and dietitian team worked with you on nutrition adjustments and followed up several times so we could continue refining your plan. Once we stopped hearing back from you, we no longer had the feedback needed to keep troubleshooting those issues together. I also hear your concern about the cost. We know that continuing with coaching is an important financial decision, and we don’t take that lightly. After your initial enrollment, you decided to continue working with us for another year, and we genuinely appreciated the trust you placed in our team. I just reached out to you directly as well because I’d love the opportunity to help however we can and make sure we’ve done everything we reasonably can to support you.
