I received a new order from Swiss Colony yesterday and I appreciate them for making the corrections. They were all the chocolate items that I ordered earlier and I was glad to receive the new order.

Update… 12 03 24… I was surprised to receive an email and a credit for my purchase today. I appreciate you doing that. I placed my first order online and it was mailed to me instead of the person I wanted it shipped to. I contacted customer service and after several days they responded and indicated they would correct their error. But, they sent the order to me again instead of the intended delivery address.

honestly, the product wasn’t all it was cracked up to be for what i paid for it, and the additional 50 dollar shipping, but it wasn’t bad either, ALSO had a very bad weather storm and wasn’t suppose to have it until today, but it still shows up on christmas eve so that’s cool. HOWEVER i will say, there was plentiful enough stuff to make a charcuterie board. the mustard was AMAZING. and i still have a couple of things left over. this company gets a really bad rap and honestly, it shouldn’t be as bad as they usually get. i feel bad for the people who never have anything to say about these guys, and would i get their product again?! yes, probably just not in the same capacity.

I have been enjoying this brand since childhood. It’s a classic around here. They use sustainable palm , this is a decent quality of chocolate. I trust it and love it. Yeah if you use their finance program pay on time and no problem.

Great the food is always good and i was aproved even with poor credit. With them i am able to rebuild my credit. Only missing a star because its a bit of a wait for a letter in the mail but that might just be because of the holidays.

The product I got was not in good condition and bad quality. Swiss Colony refunded my money (but not shipping cost). Better to buy from other companies.
