Dealing with the designer made the process very easy. She was very helpful and had great ideas. Communication was effective and all questions and concerns were answered in a timely manor!!

I had an excellent buying experience and Lindsay helped me immensely with design , selections etc. She worked with me like a true design consultant keeping my priorities in mind and suggested best product, color, style. Overall loved the experience and also saved money :)

I give her our kitchen drawing and she has created Beautiful kitchens and bathrooms for our clients. These cabinets from the RTA Store are quality cabinets and they are Beautiful. My experience with the shop has been nothing short of amazing. I worked with their kitchen designer named Rachel S who has demonstrated great skill and patience with me from time to time. She was able to understand my requirements from the get go, as able to revise the design from time to time efficiently and hence in the end as able to come up with a design that more than exceeded our expectations.

I decided to redo my kitchen after 15 years of the same cabinets my home was built with, After much research, I decided to go with The RTA Store. I worked with the design staff, and together, we came up with the kitchen I have always envisioned. The cabinets came within the time frame stated on the website, and after installation was complete, the cabinets look AMAZING. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and with the staff at The RTA Store. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to redo their kitchen!!

We just completed our RTA cabinet order. Elizabeth C. was our kitchen designer who demonstrated total professionalism at every step of the process. Our numerous changes to the plan and frequent phone calls were always met with a positive "can do" response from her. Many times she offered helpful insights as well as cost saving ideas. I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone considering working with an remote/offsite designer.

Had a really pleasant experience with this cabinet company and their staff. We were nervous to purchase online without really understanding the process or the best way to order cabinets. The staff was great and walked us through everything. If you can request a designer you should ask for Vicky--she was amazing! I feel like I am a kitchen cabinet pro after working with her. She took the time to explain everything to me and point out what we needed and didn't need. The office staff was great also---we had one hiccup and the wrong cabinet was sent to us by accident but 4 days later the right one arrived without any issues. We are almost done with the remodel just waiting on the granite but I expect to have no issues with them either (also purchased granite from The RTA Store). Thank you Vicky and the entire staff for my amazing kitchen!
