Sent wrong cabinet completely. Wrong color and everything. I paid extra for pre assembled cabinets and they are put together so haphazardly I would have done a better job myself. I ordered wood tone cabinets and the undertone of each cabinet is different and it’s very noticeable. Working with them now to see if they fix these issues.. but it’s delaying our kitchen renovation.

KC was great, with how she was able to streamline all of the aspects of the quote in a very short and efficient amount of time. I look forward to using RTA store for my future upcoming projects as well as working with KC again.

Of the three companies I contacted for quotes, only the RTA store had someone work with me by phone. Shannon was so helpful. She helped me understand designs and options. The others only sent email responses with long delays between them.

⭐ 1 star — Zero if that were an option. This company is an absolute nightmare. If you’re considering ordering cabinets from The RTA Store, don’t. I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who buys an entire kitchen from them. My laundry room is still unfinished due to a combination of damaged shipments, factory paint defects, and incorrectly spec’d hardware and pre-drilled holes. Issue after issue, order after order. Nothing shows up right the first time. Customer service is polite but completely useless. They’ll take forever to respond and then give you the same canned excuse every time: overseas shipping delays, supply chain issues, blah blah blah. Returns and refunds? Not an option. Ever. Once they have your money, you’re stuck. I wasn’t expecting luxury cabinets, but this level of incompetence is unacceptable. Low expectations were somehow still missed by a mile. Do yourself a favor and never order from them—or any online cabinet company. Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Menards offer similar or better quality at multiple price points, and at least you can talk to a real human in person instead of sending emails into the void. Also, don’t trust the Google rating. It’s painfully obvious how many reviews are bots or spam accounts. For every legitimate positive review, there are multiple customers dealing with serious problems that don’t magically resolve. Maybe by summer I’ll finally have cabinets installed—but I’m not holding my breath.

Too many cooks spoil the stew. Being handed off to 4 different representatives is a bit much. Delivery driver was excellent. 6' stack was a bit much?
