Had an issue a gift but was resolved promptly

The gift is for my sister n law so I can't comment on the service itself, but I can comment on the interaction with the owner. I arrived before the Spa opened and left a message on the phone. She called me back within 10 minutes and was very kind and accommodating on the phone. I was able to purchase the gift card without having to return to her Spa which was 45 minutes away.

I purchased a gift card for a friend. Darcey was very helpful and patient. I had to call a few times with questions. I also emailed her and she was great every time!
