Hey Mackenzie these chapsticks are made in house by hand using gloves and sanitation protocols of course and without the use of heavy machinery. So if it looked like it was pushed in by human hands and hand tools and not by machinery that’s because it was. As a family owned and operated company we do everything in house so we can be sure to control the safety, efficacy and purity of each of our products. If you have any other questions or concerns with your order or the products you ordered please don’t hesitate to email us at [email protected] so we can better assist you.
