DO NOT RECOMMEND!... They were operate genuinely before. Not anymore ! ANOTHER INDIAN SCAM. I lost both my neteller and skrill accounts because of these people. They owe me $120. It's been months and they are not reachable. What they do is money laundering. Be aware! BELOW SAYING IS NOT VALID ANYMORE! The best exchange ever... And the best affordable exchange rates... I have been using this for few months now.. Some times they cannot delivery in the time. But they will send money for sure.. This is my first order A7AED6643784E40606A9. Any one can see the tracking details. Few days ago they were offline and I was worried. But they came online again. I do not recommend this for emergency cases because they cannot complete orders in time some times. And it's really hard to find someone in the chat. Just signed up. Hoping to transfer from PayPal to Skrill, will adjust rating after completed transfer. But all seems very well. Thanks to a thread on Quora I found REDPAY

As they say they will transfer your payment in 4 to 5 business days and respond timely, that all wrong I would suggest people to stay away from they as they are not responding to my chat and emails its almost 10th day.
