Awful experience! Worst customer service!.........never ever use their services chat never available and don't think to call them on their phone number their waiting time is 50-60 min I have screenshots of their waiting time on calls every day there is some or other problem. You need to hire an executive just to talk to THE REAL PBX. one executive name Shubham is always rude. Never recommend The REAL PBX to anyone.

Better than sonetel and other few companies. Pros 1. Live Calls Panel 2. Dedicated forwarding panel 3.Instant & helpfull support. Cons 1. We need to contact chat support for everything. For eg. Issuing new number, deleting one. 2. No mobile app Overall service is good. Will update the remaining star in future.
