It’s been a long time and I haven’t heard a word from you and I have not received my Pet stuff and I paid for it

This company continues to charge me monthly for a service that I never signed up for. They told me they were going to issue a refund to me back in August, yet they just charged me again in December. I paid for 1 ESA letter and never requested anything additional. I would not recommend unless you have months and months to go back and forth with them about money they owe you.
