The delivery was fine and the bike excellent condition. It would be helpful to have more updated videos that address disc wheel assembly, particularly for the rear wheel. Also, the video mentions a tool included, which was not the case for my purchase. Love the bike, can’t wait to get rolling.

Ari is the absolute man. Helped me a ton, chatted about bikes, educated me on all that is mountain biking, and this was all when I had already bought a bike, I was only there for pick up! I then came back a few weeks later after a few test rides because the bike just didn’t feel great. Ari helped me adjust my sag and had the bike feeling completely new. Had me absolutely stoked to ride it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys for your next purchase, especially with the 30 day return policy and how dope all the bro’s there are.

Great experience. I selected a bike online walked in and the bike was brought up front for me to inspect. My pedals were installed bottle cage installed shock pressures set and bars and seat adjusted. Rang it up and I was riding an hour later. Bike was in even better condition than the web described it.
