These guys were awesome. From price to detail - they were great. I had support 100% of the time. They were ready to answer my questions and get things done. The professionals that work with them DO NOT disappoint... We had to change my DJ and Photographer ONE DAY before my wedding and I didn't need to worry: they were prepared and knew exactly what I wanted because The Pros made sure they had everything. I can't tell you how much it meant to have such professional and reliable company working with me at my wedding. Please don't hesitate: they ARE The Pros!

They made everything easy. Our wedding took place in Indianapolis and we had to postpone because of covid. Our wedding coordinator Renee was super helpful through this process. Stephen our photographer was amazing! We had a very large bridal party and I was very nervous after our conversation that my group wasn't going to keep it together and we weren't going to get all of our photos that we wanted. He knew that we were on a time crunch and got every single photo I asked for. Stephen kept everyone in line and the process moving. He had a lot of patience with us. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful. We had worked with him for engagement photos too. I think using the same photographer for engagement and wedding photos is very important because you get to know them and they get to know you. Stephen had several tips on how to make photos look good and because we had already worked with him once, he didn't have to interrupt our wedding day photos to remind us what to do. The turn around on getting photos back was exactly what was promised. Steve (different person) also handled our photo booth very well. Everyone said it was a hit! He even sent us with a flash drive afterwards so we already had something to look at immediately following the wedding. Caroline our videographer was awesome! In our phone call beforehand she said to trust her and she knew how to make an excellent video for us and what to capture. We only have the raw footage and not the actual video, but I am 100% confident the video will turn out great. Everything I have seen with the raw footage exceeded our expectations. Michael our DJ made our reception so fun. We had so many people come up to us during and after the wedding telling us how great of a job he did. He kept the energy up and played exactly the type of music I asked for. He was super adaptable too and communicated with me, my husband and parents throughout the night about our schedule and what was next. I picked a long song to dance with my dad too and I didn't realize how long it was going to be until we were actually dancing. All I had to do was give Michael a look and he knew exactly what to do. He faded the music perfectly. It was awesome. He also came up to me in the middle of the night and said someone had requested a slow song. He wanted to make sure I was okay with changing up the vibe for one song. I was of course okay with it but I was just super appreciative he asked me before doing anything. I 100% reccommend working with the pros. You will not regret it.

Working with The Pros/ American Wedding Group has been a complete nightmare that I regret so much! I booked them for my wedding photography, videography, DJ, up-lighting and photobooth. Having never communicated with the professionals directly, I decided to reach out to them several weeks before my wedding to introduce myself, at which point our photographer (who was booked more than 2 years prior) notified me that she was working another wedding 100 miles away from my own on that same day. Shocked and stressed out, I reached out to The Pros to find out what is going on and was told that someone would call me back ASAP. I did not hear back until 2 days later when I was sent an email apologizing for “the confusion” and offering me what ended up being one terribly unprofessional option as a replacement as he was not able to “convince” any other photographers to work my wedding. I could not imagine having spent tens of thousands of dollars on my special day and then having a complete amateur photograph my special day so I was forced to find the only other photographer I could find who was available on my wedding day, which cost me an extra $1,100 from the amount refunded to me, an added expense I never would have incurred with a professional photographer. I asked The Pros to pay this difference to the photographer as this stressful error 6 weeks before my wedding was THEIR fault, but Hugh was completely awful and rude and kept yelling at me in a condescending way and telling me this was my problem to fix. He repeatedly blamed the photographer and took no responsibility even though she had told me that she informed them in writing that she was no longer working for them months prior. The photobooth was a DISASTER! It did not work properly and the wedding guest had botched photos that were printed on a regular 4x6 print with no special customization allowed as you would see on a regular photobooth offered at all weddings these days. The photobooth machine looks like it was from the 80’s and the guy who managed it gave all of my guests the creeps and he videoed all of them taking photos and took pictures of my guests on his phone, which was very creepy. The videographer who was paid for 8 hours did the bare minimum and left half an hour early even though he was paid for the night and ended up missing the final dance and the Hava Nagila, which was some of the most memorable parts of the nights for myself and our guests. After receiving the raw footage, it turns out he filmed less than an hour out of his 8 hours of paid videography and missed so many crucial moments of our wedding. When I reached out to The Pros about this issue, they ignored it and didn’t offer any resolution. The editor of the videos is terrible and did not do half of the changes we asked of him, we ended up needing to pay someone else to edit our wedding video. We had a perfect wedding day with the only exception being the services provided by The Pros. My suggestion would be to avoid The Pros at all costs, the way Hugh spoke to me should not be the way anyone is every spoken to, I hope his company goes out of business. Rude owner, stressful experience, unprofessional pros, ended up having to spend more money than I was originally quoted, and I will unfortunately never get my day back to re-experience this properly. Wish I never found this website! I would like to add edits because of the lies presented in the response below. 1) If my delays due to COVID were not workable for the pros, I should have been notified. Instead, I was assured that my wedding date changes don’t change anything in my contract and don’t change the professionals I’ve selected. 2) I was NOT offered 5 replacement photographers! The pros was only able to offer me one that was available that was completely unprofessional. 3) I did not make a demand for $4,200. I wasn’t even given a refund for several services that were not provided including video editing that The Pros was not able to complete after over a month of back and forth and premium song choice payments that I paid for even though both songs weren’t used. 4) none of the response below is an apology, it is a sad excuse for running an unprofessional and shady company. In a call this week, I was basically told that you get what you pay for, meaning The Pros is cheaper than other providers because their professionals aren’t very good. They don’t advertise themselves as an affordable subpar service, but essentially that is what their owner says they are. Read the reviews on other sites before trying to work with these guys who will rip you off and then spend hours of pointless calls trying to manipulate you. If I can save even one bride or groom from having the awful experience I had, I feel that my review served a great purpose.

We have been working with Hugh Riley since May of 2020 for our engagement shoot. From the very beginning, he has made us feel comfortable, and honestly, we've had a lot of fun with him. As expected, he did an excellent job with the photos from our wedding day! At the end of the wedding, we were sad to see him go. The professionals we worked with for our photo and video services were all amazing! My husband and I couldn’t be happier with all the beautiful reminders of our day. I would happily recommend The Pros in the future to anyone I know getting married.

I am grateful we had The Pros for our wedding! The process up to the wedding was seamless and there was clear communication and then on the day of the photographers were incredible! They had wonderful ideas and also did every shot that I wanted. I received my photos back in less than two weeks and was extremely happy with the results! I highly recommend!

We were so happy that we found this company to DJ our wedding. Our DJ Frank was incredible and the photo booth was a big hit. The price and service we received was incredible. We would definately use this company again.

The Pros was absolutely amazing for our wedding. In the morning I had Andrea working with me at my house taking photos of everyone getting ready. She got some really great shots of myself and my girls getting our hair and makeup done. For the ceremony and the reception we worked with Hugh. He captured all the most important moments in a really amazing way. There are so many photos to choose from, the variety is fantastic! Thanks again Andrea and Hugh! Our wedding wouldn’t have been as wonderful if you hadn’t helped us capture the special moments forever!
