Everything was fine until I received my video. You can't hardly hear anything it's awful. I called to tell them & their answer was something wasn't properly connected. So is that my fault? They didn't give me any kind of refund. Now when people come over to watch the video the 1st question is why did you except that?

I am so happy that I chose to use The Pros for my wedding! We got all three services (which also gave us a discount) and I was so happy with each one. Anyone I spoke with on the phone was always extremely helpful and friendly, and our photographer, videographer and DJ were great to work with. Our pictures came out beautiful and the dance floor was always packed at the reception- all of our guests said they had a great time. The best part was the price- we got a DJ, photographer and videographer for the price of what someone would pay for just one of those services. The website was very easy to navigate and make payments on also. I loved using The Pros and I recommend them to everyone!!

We didn't have the largest of wedding guests but ther were certanly unorganized. They were ready for the party! Our photographer had her hands full trying to get everyone in one spot for the group photos. She did a great job!

Hiring The Pros was one of the absolute BEST decisions we made while planning our wedding. We hired a photographer, videographer, and DJ. All three were professional, courteous, did INCREDIBLE work, and were amazingly affordable. The professionals at The Pros had our backs every step of the way, even when we called last minute to change a few things. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about their service and their staff. We hired the photographer to even do our engagement photos. They are some of the best photos ever taken of us. I was really picky when it came to the DJ and sent him a very specific list of songs I wanted. He played them all and then some and kept the perfect environment the entire wedding and reception. Everyone at the wedding had a great time. The photographer and videographer were able to stay out of the limelight while still capturing the essence of the day. It was just perfect. Here's how I heard about them. Several months before our wedding, I received an email from The Pros, whom I had never heard of, inviting us to an open house. We weren't sure what to expect, but we decided to go. When we got there, there were several photographers there displaying portfolios of their work. There were several videographers showing actual wedding videos they have taken. And there were several DJs that actually gave presentations of their DJing style. We fell in love with the idea and signed up immediately, choosing our favorites from the three categories. It was that easy. I love The Pros and suggest them for all of my friends weddings. Check them out!!!

We could not have asked for a better Videographer or Photographer! Everything came out awesome thanks to Paul and Paula! We have beautiful pictures and video to remember our special day forever!

From customer service, planning via email and phone, The Pros went above and beyond for my New Year's Eve wedding day. I did not need a wedding coordinator the day of because the DJ, videographer and photographer; all from The Pros, worked together to get EVERYTHING done and in a timely manner. Our DJ Brett played a great mix of music to cater to all of my guests, our photographer Kellie captured so many wonderful moments and was fun and friendly with everyone, and the videographer Laura was following us and guests the entire night. I am so excited to see the final video and album.

After going to a "DJ Showcase" for The Pros (in VA) - my husband and I knew DJ Tony would be amazing for our wedding. We were looking for a DJ that could get all our guests on the floor, from our friends to our grandparents, and the floor was packed all night long at our wedding! Tony communicated with me throughout the process of the wedding and especially during the week of the wedding to ensure everything would be perfect on our big day! Though Tony was great, dealing with the actual "event coordinators" at The Pros was not so seamless. The lady that I originally worked with left the company but I did not find this out until the last month before my wedding when I received an email from a new woman reminding me about our last payment date. We were told we could only make the last payment by sending in a check or check over phone. I called in and paid with a check over phone and two days later a bank account that we used for a previous payment was charged instead of the check that I called in. After informing our main contact about this she did not know the next steps to take and my husband had to call in to speak with accounting about the situation and charging a card that they did not have authorization to charge. Customer Service and acknowledgement of fault or an apology would have been greatly appreciated. Since you don't deal with the event coordinator much - I would recommend The Pros simply because our DJ, Tony, was amazing.
