I replaced an existing pool cover with a new one. The price was great and it appears to be durable.

I ordered the wrong size pool cover. I called and they said I was the one that ordered it. I said yes but I would like to reorder the correct size. They said I had to mail the cover back to them. The cost was $40.00. Then I had to reorder on line the correct size. Not much help and not very good customer service. I still have not received my refund. I did receive my correct pool cover.

My order was fullfillegal quickly, and the product was of high quality. I will order again in the future.

Ordered pool closing chemicals and they arrived in two days without a problem at the best price in the 20 years I have had the pool.

Good price versus competition. Product "looks" good, but my history is that other pool covers only last 2 years...despite my best on-going maintenance efforts. It would be great if you would re-survey me in 2 years.

Simple, quick and cost effective

Shipping was good. Quality of cover seems good. Only problem is there was a 9 foot section that had no grommets while the rest was every 3 feet. I fear the wind will lift the cover in this section.
