Beautiful painting, so beautiful I purchased 2. Zach was very helpful in choice and how to place painting. I will be a regular customer and recommend them.

Thank you very much for your review Lisa! We are very glad you liked it! Zack.
I'm surprised to receive this survey, My order is not in, yet! As a Montreal based client, it wasn't clear to me that I was paying in US dollars. On the website, the delivery costs were very expensive, I had to chat, to get a fare price. I was surprised also, to have to pay the import fees after my purchase. As a design firm that would like to specify your products, it gets very complicated and on top of it, it is costing us more than what was mentionned at purchase time.

Dear Marie-Josee, We are sorry about the early survey. This survey is automatically sent after 10 days. Under Covid 19 times, our delivery, as shown in our website is now 10 business days plus shipping. We are sure you will like your artwork when you receive it. On our website you have the choice of selecting the currency on the top right screen and select Canadian dollars. Our prices don't include import charges since we are a US based company. If it is easier for you you can always send a PO and we will quote in CAN$. The Picturalist has been very fortunate to continue operations during Covid and we hope to resume 4 to 7 day delivery very soon. Have a great day, Alex Client Experience Specialist The Picturalist
The photo is beautiful, I would have liked a more substantial frame.
