I ordered the prodental pack for my dog and was charged $59. I received anti itch spray. I called the customer service number & was told they would send the correct item. It's been over 2 weeks and still haven't received it. I would not order from this company.

I have canceled my subscription multiple times. It's been at least a month, and I am still receiving products. I am happy with the products, but customer service is subpar. I planned to renew my subscriptions once I was near the end of the supply I'd accumulated, but I will not because I have had so many issues with customer service. It is a shame because I genuinely like the products and they work as advertised.

Shipping is horrible. After 19 days, I still had not received the product OR any legitimate tracking information. The only information I can see is "order processing through "uniuni" but rest assured that my card was charged immediately. The website is definitely not user friendly. Seems like a scam to me. Would definitely not recommend
