I have been attending the PW twice a week for three months. I enjoy going and am starting to feel some improvement, especially in the leg that I broke last August. It is feeling stronger and much more stable. My only complaint is that there is not a website available so I can track my progress. I find this very frustrating. I never know from session to session if I’m lifting more weight, the same or less each time. I am also interested in seeing or knowing which machines I used. I want to track my progress and know where I’m weak and where I’m stronger. I feel in the dark regarding this aspect.

I love the one on one training. My only criticism is the cost: it is likely necessary to pay for the trainers, equipment, etc but I can only afford once a week.

The online eith Vicyoria, msnager of yhe Burke, Va. location is great. She's realky made the excercises challenging snd fun.

Excellent workout, but very pricey.

It is a bit harder working out with a mask on, but that is the rule now due to pandemic. I was not pleased to be charged during the time the gym was closed.
