Didn't like the colors and textures looking for deeper more shaggy type rugs in royale blues ect

There were numerous problems involved with this order. I have gone over all of them with the customer service department and finally received the rug when I threatened to cancel the order. Much of the problems were with shipping (a separate company) and I have contacted them with complaints related entirely to them. My chief complaint with TPR is their lack of followup and attention to issues before they become problems. The rug seems nice and I did appreciate the help at the very end of this order.
