About The Payment HQ
The Payment HQ helps small business owners take payments, run payroll, and access business financing — without the hidden fees, slow deposits, or one-size-fits-all support that most providers deliver.Regarded as one of San Diego’s top-rated payments firms by the San Diego Business Journal, we work with growing businesses that want more than just a low rate — they want a real partner who understands cash flow, operations, and growth. We don’t believe in locking businesses into rigid systems or forcing them into whatever platform pays the processor the most. We design payment, payroll, and funding solutions around how your business actually runs, so you keep more money, get funded faster, and spend less time fighting your back office. From restaurants and retailers to service businesses and medical practices, our clients come to us because they’re tired of being treated like a number. With The Payment HQ, you get transparent pricing, next-day funding, and a dedicated team that knows your business — not a call center. If you’re overpaying, dealing with funding delays, or stuck with outdated systems that slow you down, you’re exactly who we built this company for.
