My experience has been mixed so far. I first found out about them back in June 2026 when they had a 48% off sale and placed two orders—one on June 4th and another on June 15th. The first order arrived on July 13th. Since that initial order came within a month, I placed three more. However, it’s now going on two months with zero updates on those newer orders. Every time I contact customer support, I just get the generic response: "The order is active in our system and moving accordingly." While I appreciate the discounts and don't mind a wait, I really wish they were more transparent about processing delays and vocal about what’s actually going on.
