Good price and it arrived quickly. We needed to fix our frig door and we are full timers in our RV so we are thankful it arrived so quickly.

This company is a joke. I ordered the part needed for my refrigerator, I paid for 1 day airfreight shipping, I understand the order was not placed before 3 pm Thursday, but “really” it wasn’t processed until 4pm Friday and not shipped until 7pm Friday, can you say SLOW....UPS delivers on Saturday, as I paid for expedited shipping so I could get my part promptly, and they dropped the ball at every turn. I didn’t receive part until Monday afternoon.....lost all the groceries in my refrigerator. To top things off, the part was rattling around in a box, loose with no packaging. If you value integrity and shipping speed as well as quality. Do NOT waste your time with this company. Bad bad bad.....

I got it fast, and it became easy to install. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the instructions about the panel were not clear. After I finally figured which side piece came off, and how it was easy.

The only problem was on my first order they did not include both items on the order that were paid for. Had to get back with them to get it reordered.
