I needed this part for my old N641 Norcold RV refrigerator but it appears all the parts in this kit were not used or needed, I had to pay an additional $250 to an RV tech who had no electrical certification. He never contacted Norcold to ask questions about install. Electric is working but I had to connect outside directly to my pole,

I placed an order on 7/29/2020 and have not received any info when I would be ship. I call left messages and still have not herd . now in 5 day I leave for my holiday with no refrigerator NOT HAPPY

Terrible experience. Have left 2 voicemails in the past week regarding a placed order and have yet to receive a call back or talk to a live person. Paid extra for expedited shipping and cannot reach anyone to discuss. Definitely feel I have been robbed, stay away from this place.

Called on two ocassions, several days have passed and no one contacted me in any fashion, phone, text, e-mail. I ordered a fridge door and hinge kit hope ing thay are the right ones. Poor form!

Ordered a new fridge door because of a broken hinge. Confirmed that the door was in stock. Ordered on Monday the 27th of July at 10:50 AM. As of Friday July 31st the door was not shipped. Not a happy camper .

He was spot on and had the part I needed during this pandemic. Couldn’t get the part anywhere else, only reason I gave 4 stars not 5 was because the part was a little more expensive than anywhere else but I understand supply and demand.

I purchased an RV control board for refrigerator and next day priority shipping. Control board took 2 days and I wasn’t able to use it. I can’t get a return call from Norcold To help with dispute. Buyers beware!
