Placed an order and I immediately get a message the item is back ordered. Why couldN’t they have told me before I ordered. AND they have already charged my credit card. I hope it comes in a reasonable time. They are the ones who asked for a review on an item I have received.

Kind of hard to rate. My initial order went through and never said anything about it not being available. Then a couple of days later I received an email advising me the item I ordered was on back order with no definitive date when I would receive it. Still waiting.

No need to build my Norcold door support or purchase a new door. Replacing the broken plastic hinge with Norcold Guy part took fifteen minutes and works great

Delivery time was amazing, and product an exact replacement. Problem solved!

I'm being asked to review an item that has not showed up yet. I ordered on monday and paid $25 for seccond day air. Today is saturday and it still doesn't look like it will be here today. I paid for seccond day because I live in my trailer and need my refrigerator! I've had to throw away a lot of food!

Had to call to confirm the correct parts as I have an older unit my control board had burned up so the tech guy gave me the correct number I needed after about an hour of my time and never worked on one myself it was up n running like new I can’t be happier with the norcold guys help THANK UOU

I was supposed to get product in 5 days. After I paid it changed to 5 weeks. That info should be known while ordering.

I ordered a part yesterday and requested/paid for overnight delivery. So far I have gotten zero response from them and my “status” is “awaiting fulfillment”. Update: I just got an email from LLC Seek Adventure, that says it shipped. If it gets here tomorrow I’ll add some more stars. Addendum: thanks, I was pretty sure you would email me tracking info, but do not see that. I’ll add one more star. Presumably I get the part today. I guess I’ve gotten spoiled with having regular communication from places like Amazon to tell me when my packages shipped when it will arrive, etc. Later, so here it is 5 PM and I don’t have a package, I requested and paid $48 for overnight service, if it was shipped yesterday it should have arrive today and it’s not here, no tracking information has been forwarded to me either.
