I haven't had a product I don't love from them! I'm gluten, dairy, sugar free due to allergies and can eat these products without having a reaction.

There was a small issue with my order - potentially hurricane related - which they gave clear notice regarding. New Primal addressed and corrected the issue in under 24 hours, despite the hurricane. Outstanding customer service, and I'll stay loyal to then because of it!

Have had a few issues with payment not going through when they updated their website and got the wrong product once BUT their customer service is AMAZING! They went above and beyond to make things right and better. Great company!

I love the sea salt Thin Beef. I can’t have pepper and it is the only paleo jerky I have found I can eat; and it just happens to be amazing on top of compliant. Thank you!

I got the snack mates kids sticks and I couldn't be happier. They're delicious low and sodium low in sugar - they're like a healthy Slim Jim but better!
