It was easy to communicate with the salesperson at TMC. I received prompt replies to my queries, costs were clearly set out and the system was installed as agreed. The installation team was prompt, friendly, efficient, and neat. After installation, the technician explained, to our satisfaction, how it worked. I did have one negative experience when I called in to clarify my ID information. The person who answered was not conversational and seemed to want to get me off the line as quickly as possible which I did without being totally satisfied with the answer. Regarding other calls, they were very satisfactory and overall, I am happy to recommend TMC.

My old alarm system (which main circuit board need to be replaced) was repaired and upgraded with a cellular connection. I am happy that I can continue to use the system that I trusted for so many years. The price is also competitive and was clearly stated in adavance.
