The service at modern back has been very good considering the circumstances of Covid. The one area I wish could of been better was to try to understand why I was buying one of these chairs. Ask my height, my foot size, my health issues. I did most of my own research but without being able to physically go somewhere local to try the many chairs I wish they would of been more pro active in getting me into the best chair for my needs. Fred was very friendly & Colin was good at following up during & after purchase. I highly recommend working with this group.

Chair is great. The white glove delivery option could have been better advertised as we did not realize the difficulty in putting the chair together.

I will just skip all the front stage, i had an issue of a minor setback with the chair, between modern back and osaki titan, they work together to appease me and to have a great client relationship, i was due to have someone call me in febuary, but fast response time was set for between 1 and 3 pm wed. The 27th of Jan. The tech called and say he will be there about 11 am. That was fast, everything is all good now and thanks to the crew who makes it work. They are very busy, so you have to make sure you keep calling, but after everthing is in motion, it goes like clock work, you could actully call the four star a five star,butbthere is room for improvement, hopefully next time it will be a litteral five star.

The chair is wonderful and well worth it! I gave one less star because delivery was late.

Aside from recommending a crappy chair. Everything else was good. Got a replacement and still having the same issues with the error code and noise. Still waiting for the technician out here to figure out what the solution will be.
