Craig and his team have developed a unique and effective treatment model. The combined approach that includes mindfulness, habit training, and in-depth exploration into one's mental "parts" leads to lifestyle changes that better the person, rather than focusing only on the symptom or unwanted behavior. Self paced training and module program gives you the option to make a choice every day to be mindful. While the tools and lessons provided hold an individual accountable, the pressure of someone standing over your shoulder at all times is not there, making it an extremely relaxed, open, and vulnerability inviting program. Additionally, the weekly calls are a great way to practice, mindfulness, vulnerability, and meet and listen to other testimonies of individuals who have similar struggles. great way to find someone who understands your struggle and let you know that you are not alone.
