The Mindful HabitReviews of themindfulhabit.com

Before, I was lost, about to give up, no direction, no-one to talk to that understood, but since taking the Mindful Habit road with Craig, who is a top chap, I am learning to understand and be mindful, gain back control of my mind and actions. I do see light at the end of the tunnel now, and you have to want that, to be the best version of yourself, which I do very much, for my wife's sake, for our relationships sake but most of all, for my own sake, I needed and deserved this too, I can and will be a better me. would highly recommend Craigs help to others in need. Thank you Craig.

Craig: I entered your program after multiple affairs and betrayals. I failed miserably from other credited work shops. Counseling, in and out of recovery over 15 years. Craig, conferencing calls with you one on one and using your workbook as a tool applying what I learned in my daily life has truly helped set me free of my addiction. Craig what I have learned in a short 3 months has been life changing for me. I will certainly recommend you and referral people to you.Thank you so much for all your coaching and advice I can’t express how much your support has meant to me. Ron M

Absolutely worth every cent! A must if you seriously want to get better and learn skills and methods that will help you deal with your addictions. The things I learned have so many other applications and aee helping to make my life so much more enjoyable and fulfilling.

I had hit rock bottom with my husbands addiction. We had tried a different program but nothing seem to work. I found THE MINDFUL HABIT. I immediately signed my husband up. Craig reached out and it’s been life changing every since. Craig not only works with my husband but they offered help for me. Craig and George helped me and validated what I was going thru. They gave me the tools I needed to take care of me. To put me first and to understand what was going on with my husband. It’s hard work and hurts but our marriage is worth it. Craig and his staff have changed some many lives. God bless Craig, his family ,George and this program. So worth it!!

I came to this program because I could never answer the WHY question. I would act out time and time again. When I got caught my wife would always ask me WHY and truthfully I'd tell her I don't know WHY. She never believed that but it was true; I did not know WHY I did the things I did. This program has helped me understand the WHY and has given me the tools for real change. The coaches are great they do everything they can to help; they truly want you to change. Don't let the cost deture you its worth every dime and if you Can get your spouse in the program too that's even better. The coaches are a great source of help to an ailing spouse. JUST DO IT.

Ive struggled with porn my entire life on and off and Its affected all of my relationships in an extremely negative way. Through The Mindful Habit, the coaches, and the other men in the program i've learned about where these needs come from, what purpose they serve, and how to redirect them so I don't get caught in the never ending rabbit hole of pornography. It's not been easy, but the support system is incredible, as long as you make the effort to reach out. Myself, my wife, and my kids have all seen changes in who I am and how I carry myself when things get stressful. I've learned that to make small adjustments can create big changes. I would highly recommend The Mindful Habit to anyone who wants to learn how to become the best version of themselves that they can be, without porn!

Craig: amazing in many aspects, informative, passionate and able to present information in a concise and meaningful way. Coach Adrian: also good with his unmet needs forum
