The best roses... on time every time. Simply the best

I never received the Roses and have been getting the run around from Million Roses customer service and FedEx who said they delivered the package outside of my gate. Million Roses wants me to go make a police report and then go and search my neighborhood. No customer satisfaction whatsoever and I’m very disappointed with the company!

Rose came in time and generally matches the description, but there's a noticeable tilt and there doesn't seem to be a way to fix it without pulling or pushing on the petals, so just have to live with it tilted like that, I guess?

The delivery was perfectly timed. The rose is absolutely wonderful!

At the check out it some how use the billing address not the delivery address. Within minutes I informed them as it week over 10 days before delivery was needed. They weee useless and I now have a present for my GF in the wrong country … useless customer service and no solutions

Awful customer service, I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day and they came late which spoiled everything. It said it would be delivered Thursday and it came Monday. I contact customer service and they continue to ignore my email but keep sending PODs saying it’s been delivered. Will be using eternal blossom going forward

Beautiful roses. They were very responsive when I had an issue with delivery. This is my third order and I will be ordering again
