On time and as expected

I researched a few different companies that dealt in preserved flowers and The Million Roses had the best reviews out of all of them so I gave them a shot. The online experience was okay - the website seemed a bit clunky to me but the process - from ordering to receipt - was flawless. These were an anniversary gift for my wife and she absolutely loved them! Thank you for an excellent experience, The Million Roses! I’ll definitely be recommending you guys.

Everything as always

Flowers were beautiful and arrived so quickly. Got them for my sisters birthday since yellow roses are her favorite and she was ecstatic to receive them. Best of all they will last years instead of only days!! 💐

I order flowers to a friend. They wasn’t delivered , no calls were received.I got a message that flowers are waiting at pickup location. My friend come there but that office is permanently closed. Support keeps sending me old tracking # and refusing to help . So I just lost $140
