She love them and they came on time

The package came in time of the delivery date which I was happy of because my anniversary fell on the exact date. I then came home to the box to structurally be in a good condition. But once opened, the bouquet itself was not. The side of the bouquet was pushed in on the sides like the box may have been tossed around before delivery. The bouquet itself was beautiful just the integrity of it was not.

I sent the classic white box with red roses as a gift to my Aunt, she loved them! The quality is wonderful. I made an error on my order, and customer service was able to correct it and get the package delivered on time. They were amazingly responsive and a pleasure to do business with. 5+ stars, I highly recommend The Million Roses!

Bought flowers 1 week in advance for my wife birthday, the delivery was late and reprogrammed for next day. Went to the birthday party without flowers. Thank you guys Customer service did not reply either.
