Great prices, fast shipping, great customer service I've bought a lot of items here at low prices and the free (membership) shipping is a plus.

Good but could be better
Nice product but shipping dept is kinda lacking. My package was sent to the wrong place causing a delay. I did not know about it until I saw the tracking notification. Mighty Hobby did not contact me or try to make amends for the snafu.

Hi Michelle, package is showing delivered by carrier if you did not receive package please contact carrier you should have received shipping details through email. If you did not receive them please contact us. We have also issued a full refund for your purchase!

Your customer service is a joke! I paid for an order on 3/30 and here we are 4/7 and I have been emailing your company only for the last 5 days with no response!!! I’m about to call my bank and get my money back! Scammers!!!

We have not yet received this from Funko, we have issued a full refund at your command and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience and confusion this caused. The listing for the item you purchased clearly showed the release date of product!
